Reading an Organization's Tradition: General Electric power (GE)
Every organization has its own pair of values and beliefs that make up an organizational culture that is unique with each specific organization. " _Organizational Culture_ is a complex group of basic fundamental assumptions and deeply placed beliefs shared by most members from the crew that run at a preconscious level and travel in essential ways the behavior of individuals inside the organizational context" (Strategy Glossary, 2006). GE's organizational culture is considered among high ethical standard in the corporate world. Schooling and Education Programs: It is necessary for me to help a company that provides additional schooling and educational benefits that will boost employee management capabilities. " We invest nearly $1 billion a year in career creation for the employees at every level of specialist growth. " (Leadership Programs, 2007).
When viewing an company appealing ideals, one must first realize what he / she values. Classes in my worth system could possibly not the same as somebody else's.
