When it comes to publishing a program there are so many ways an individual may approach the challenge. Think of it this way, a chef using a recipe can look at the ingredients and chosen to add more of one thing and less of one more or the cook can stick to the recipe specifically. As long as the chef uses common reasoning on mixing foods the dish should come out properly. The same is valid when creating a program. A programmer has many tools available to make that more or less complicated. The developer also has many tools available to ensure the software runs.
